Well I am posting way earlier than planned but I have 2 sick little girls that have not been sleeping well and have been getting up bright and early. So I figured I would go ahead and share the photos of the new dress with you- the "Claire" dress! (Inspired by a pattern from Tikatuly)
This is such a fun sundress and it has so many ways to be customized! The fabric options are endless! You also can make it shorter by not adding the last ruffle, or you can make each ruffle a different fabric, and you could even add decorative ruffles!
My favorite part of the dress is the back! I love how it ties into the dress and the Shirred back for a comfortable fit- no buttons or zippers! The bodice is also fully lined.
I love it when my daughters match so I made my youngest daughter a pillowcase dress. But I didnt want it to just be a regular pillowcase dress, so I gave it a "panel look" and I love it!!
And then I modified it so that it doesn't tie on the shoulder, instead it ties on the back (or you could wear it in the front) and I think that gives it a little something "special"!
And of course whats better than coordinating hair clips??
